Dr. Dennis Owusu-Appiah Ofosuapea, Esq

Managing Partner

DENNIS OWUSU – APPIAH OFOSUAPEA has been a Ghanaian Barrister, Solicitor and Advocate in the Supreme Court of the Republic of Ghana since October 3, 2008. He has been a student of Law: LLB, University of Ghana; BL, Ghana School of Law; and LLM, University of Cumbria, UK. In Mr. Ofosuapea’s professional life, he has been the Managing Counsel of the Laws Kingdom, a private law firm in Accra Ghana since November 2015. He has also worked for GN Legal, a member of Groupe Nduom, a multinational holding company, as her chief advocate in litigation. In the service of man and God, Dennis has been the President of the Center for Constitutional Order since 2010. He acted as the Chief Legal Advocate for the Ghana Institute of Freight Forwarders (GIFF) since 2013. He presided over the Federation of Youth Association of Ghana (FEDYAG) between 2008 and 2010. Dennis is married with children and he is a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

Kwame Owusu Yelbert, Esq

Kwame Owusu Yelbert is a product of the University of Cape Coast. He obtained both his Diploma in Economics and Bachelor of Education degree in Social Studies from the same university. Mr. Yelbert was called to the Ghana bar in 2009. He brings a wealth of experience in the area of immigration law, aviation security, investigation and intelligence gathering, CCTV observation and interpretation, law on aviation, and cargo handling.

Joshua Godwin Kyeremateng, Esq

Joshua Godwin Kyeremateng, Esq. is a distinguished legal professional and academic, currently pursuing a Doctor of Laws degree at the Faculty of Law, University of Johannesburg, as a recipient of the prestigious Queen Elizabeth Commonwealth Scholarship and the Global Excellence Stature 4.0 Scholarship. He holds Master of Laws (LL.M) degrees from the University of Johannesburg and Texas A&M University School of Law in Texas, USA. Joshua is a practising lawyer admitted to the Ghana Bar and serves as a lecturer at the Faculty of Law, University of Cape Coast (UCC). His practice spans diverse areas, including labour law, business entities and corporate law, transactional and commercial law, family law, criminal law, and the enforcement of constitutional rights. His academic research explores the uncharted implications of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and its intersection with law, contributing valuable insights to this evolving field of artificial intelligence (AI) law.

Stephanie Asantewaa Agyemang, Esq

Stephanie Asantewaa Agyemang is a Lawyer in the Civil and Criminal Litigation Department of the firm. With an extensive background in legal advocacy, she specializes in civil and criminal litigation as well as international commercial law, providing comprehensive client representation. Her practice covers a broad spectrum of areas, including criminal law, civil litigation, commercial transactions, and legal compliance. Stephanie has conducted in-depth legal analyses and prepared insightful advice and opinions across various legal domains. She has also handled significant and complex litigation cases and alternative dispute resolution matters for both local and international clients. Through her dedication and expertise, Stephanie has successfully guided numerous clients through intricate legal challenges, ensuring their rights are upheld and their needs are addressed. She has collaborated with a diverse clientele, ranging from local enterprises to multinational corporations, where she has been instrumental in delivering customized legal solutions that foster success. Stephanie holds an LLB from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and a qualifying certificate from the Ghana School of Law. She is an active member of the Ghana Bar Association.

Victor Quartey is a very talented lawyer with excellent advocacy and negotiation skills. His aim is to facilitate the delivery of justice to clients for their satisfaction. He holds a Postgraduate Bachelor's degree in law from Central University and was called to the Ghana Bar in 2023, which earned him a BL, Barrister at Law. He also has a First class honours in Linguistics and History from the University of Ghana and a Certificate from Ghana Broadcasting Corporation in Radio and Television Broadcasting Techniques. As a requirement, Victor was an intern at the Attorney General's Office. He has also served as a youth leader on various fronts and possess a strong interest in volunteerism and seeking the welfare of others. He prides himself with being meticulous, a good listener, fair, firm and dedicated to his goals. He has a knack at simplifying the law to give the desired results.

Anita Natekie Nartey, Esq.

Anita began her first degree in LL.B in 2016, and graduated in 2020. A year later, she then pursued a Masters in Land Governance and Policy at KNUST. In 2022, she gained admission into the Ghana School of Law, while studying Information Studies at the University of Ghana, which she graduated successfully. She was then called to the bar in October 2024. Her practice areas are real estate, land law, legal research, contract law, corporate and commercial law, intellectual property law amongst others

Fluent in both French and English, Elsie Emefa Kotobridja leverages her bilingual proficiency to effectively navigate cross-border legal matters. She is highly skilled in legal research and writing, complemented by exceptional public speaking and interpersonal abilities. As a proud member of both the Ghana Bar Association and the Gambia Bar Association, Elsie has consistently demonstrated an unwavering commitment to the legal profession. She earned her Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Lancaster University Ghana and holds a Master’s degree in International Relations and Diplomacy from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA). Her areas of expertise include litigation, corporate legal advisory, legal research, and public advocacy.
